Experience in Total Rewards design and administration, within a global organization In-depth knowledge of Total Rewards principles, practices, and regulatory requirements Proven experience in maintaining good communication with unions and union negotiations. Experience in working with Swedish labor law is required Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels within a global matrix organization Proven ability to develop and implement Total Rewards strategies that support business objectives and foster employee engagement High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related Proficiency in spoken, written, and reading Swedish and English is required.
