Job Description - Upstream Building Services Installation Manager

We are looking for an Upstream Building Services Installation Manager in SkellefteÃ¥

On behalf of the client, we are looking for an upstream building services installation manager in SkellefteÃ¥.

You will lead the construction activities assigned to third party contractors, and ensure compliance with schedule, costs, quality, health, safety and environmental protection requirements.

Specifically Building Services Installations area of responsibility shall include, as a minimum: piping for heating & cooling, plumbing, ventilation, BMS, sprinkler, fire alarm, security & CCTV systems works.

The Building Services Installation manager will contribute the achievement of occupancy permits for the Upstream buildings through the necessary 3rd party inspections, functional tests for the individual systems involved and coordinated testing/commissioning as applicable.

Requirements

â¢ Experience and knowledge as above

â¢ 5+ years working experience

â¢ Project experience in Sweden
