We are looking for an UX Designer in Linköping
On behalf of the client, we are seeking a talented and passionate UX Designer to join our team and help us create user-centered websites and an intranet that are intuitive, engaging, and accessible to all.
Key Responsibilities:
User Research: Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and preferences of our diverse user groups. Utilize various research methods, such as user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics analysis.
User Interface (UI) Design: Design user interfaces (UIs) that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and consistent with the municipality's brand identity.
User Journey Mapping: Map user journeys to visualize how users interact with the websites and intranet. Identify pain points and opportunities to improve the overall user experience.
Prototyping & Wireframing: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and test different design concepts and interactions.
Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on designs and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with web strategists, developers, and content creators to ensure the technical implementation aligns with the design specifications and user experience goals.
Qualifications
UX Design Experience: Proven experience in designing user-centered interfaces for websites and web applications.
Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
User Research Skills: Experience in conducting user research and applying research findings to inform design decisions.
Accessibility Knowledge: Understanding of web accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG).
Communication & Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas and rationale to stakeholders.
