About the Role:
We are supporting a leading automotive organization in the Mälardalen region that is currently expanding its vehicle testing capabilities. We are looking for a Vehicle Testing Engineer with solid experience in automotive development to join an advanced engineering team. You will be part of a Special Vehicles team working with military and defense-related vehicle products. In this role, you will be responsible for testing activities at vehicle or subsystem level, contributing to the development, verification, and validation of complex vehicle systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle and/or subsystem testing according to defined requirements

• Plan, execute, and document test activities

• Identify deviations, analyze results, and report findings

• Collaborate with engineering and development teams to support continuous improvement

• Contribute to a structured and quality-driven test process

Requirements:

• Responsible, self-driven, and well organized

• Curious, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset

• Hands-on team player

• Valid C driver’s license

• Nationality from a NATO country

• Proven experience in vehicle testing, either full-vehicle or subsystem level

• Previous experience working with this type of customer environment

• Experience in full-vehicle testing

• Knowledge of defense requirements or a military background

• Valid CE driver’s license
