Visual Designer

EF High School Exchange Year, a leader in international education, is seeking a talented and versatile Visual Designer. This role is pivotal in designing and producing compelling marketing collateral across various formats, and in leading creative initiatives that align with our global brand and marketing strategies. What you'll do:

Creative Execution and Graphic Design:

• Design and produce marketing collateral across various formats, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Execute visual components of campaigns, create compelling social media imagery and graphics.
• Utilize design principles to create impactful advertising and promotional materials.
• Develop visual materials for events that align with themes and branding.
• Enhance and maintain our digital presence, focusing on user experience and business objectives in our online channels.
• Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to ensure design work complements marketing strategies.
• Manage the design process, from conception to delivery, ensuring quality and brand consistency.
• Lead design-focused briefings and update the team on progress and deliverables.
• Translate marketing goals into visual designs that engage and resonate with audiences.
• Collaborate with the central marketing team for global brand consistency.
• Provide creative input and design insights during marketing meetings.
• Engage in campaign development discussions, bringing creative design solutions to the table.

Who you are:

• Proven experience in creative execution, graphic design, and project management.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and creative work.
• Excellent skills in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present creative concepts effectively.
• Experience in leading creative teams and brainstorming sessions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of current design trends and customer preferences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
