Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Document customer interactions comprehensively in the CRM system for tracking purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance service delivery.
• Participate in training sessions to improve your skills and product knowledge.
• Propose improvements to customer service processes based on your experiences.

• Fluency in Finnish and English is essential.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
