Cyber Security Culture Specialist

This is a unique global opportunity to shape one of the most mature security awareness, behaviour and culture programs globally at H&M Group, and the team that has successfully brought together behavioural psychology and cyber security awareness. This role reports to the Head of Cyber Security Culture & Competence. 

You will be responsible for building a learning strategy for engaging different audiences across H&M, as well as organising and coordinating cybersecurity events, workshops, and training programs (as well as as games, quizzes, challenges, & rewards to employees.) 

What you will do as a Cyber Security Culture Specialist: 

• Identify learning needs for globally all H&M employees in the offices, retail stores and warehouses globally in all locations

• Map the learning needs for cyber security organization to increase competence levels within the Cyber Security teams 

• Design a learning strategy for different audiences with various learning tools and methods 

• Develop and facilitate cyber security related trainings 

• Organize learning activities outside of trainings such as phishing campaigns, events, workshops and games 

• Set metrics to measure effectiveness of the trainings and activities 

Qualifications

What you need to succeed:

• Proven experience with instructional design and curriculum development
• Experience and good understanding of Cybersecurity field 
• Experience with e-learning platforms and authoring tools 
• Excellent presentation and communication skills 
• Strong organizational and project management skills in a global setting 
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner 
• Dedication to continuous learning and professional development

This is a fulltime permanent position. The role is based in our office in Stockholm, Sweden and we have a hybrid work structure.
