Job Description - Energy Sales Executive

From singlevehicle operators to multifleet solutions our customers are genuinely at the forefront of everything we do. We believe that our services will allow them to reach heights they didn t even know possible and we love being part of that journey!

We are in a period of hypergrowth; we are looking to grow our team to 100 Fuellers and in turn capitalise the SME Fuel market. Our significant growth has led us to investing further across our Sales division to increase revenue partnerships with our customers and in turn grow our product portfolio.

With this comes requirements for an Energy Sales Executive to join our Energy division and become part of our Fueller family! You will be extensively trained and supported to become an ambassador of The Fuel Store you ll identify new business opportunities for nonfuel products in order to generate revenue and increase sales overall. If you re motivated by building on something relatively new within the business then this is for you!

Uncapped Commission: Realistic Total Package ()

Location: Birmingham B2 (Hybrid)

Requirements

  • Conducting outbound calls to potential customers and identifying customer needs in order to upsell our Energy offering and maximise on both current and new customers
  • Generating new business leads by promoting The Fuel Store as a brand and understanding our Energy offering
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential customers
  • Utilizing our CRM systems to record and track customer interactions
  • Achieving and exceeding KPIs in correlation with business needs
  • Maintaining a high standard within your calls focussing on passing compliance and quality checks on a monthly basis

To have the ability to contribute to The Fuel Store s success you will need:

  • At least two years experience in a Sales role (Telesales Door to door Recruitment)
  • Ability to work to a high volume and manage your own diary effectively
  • The ability to learn quickly and take in complex information
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes
  • Experience or a thorough understanding of the energy market

As well as having the right experience a Fueller will have:

  • Ability to build relationships with your customers and also stakeholders across the business
  • Strong motivation to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Ambitions to earn a lot of money!
  • Great aptitude for overcoming challenges by having a naturally inquisitive mind
  • Ability to challenge the status quo; actively seeking to understand HOW something works not just WHY
  • Resilience and ability to focus on the detail but not forget the bigger picture
  • Ability to proactively work hard as an individual but also bring value to the wider team
  • Excellent communicator and act as an ambassador for all stakeholders
  • Ability to be logical when making decisions
  • Excellent organisation and time management to manage your own desk
  • Be commercially savvy
