Job Description - Head of HR DK & SE

But what will my new role be? n nAbout the role nWe are looking for an experienced Head of HR at Burger King Denmark and Sweden, you will play a vital role in supporting the Swedish and Danish markets to set and achieve their goal and milestones. n nYou will be the main driver in achieving our goal as the number one workplace in QSR by overseeing various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with labour laws and company policies, training, development and fostering a positive work environment for employees at all levels. n n Responsibilities n*Be a part of the Senior Management team and set the People & Culture agenda for both markets. n*Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with Burger King's objectives, including setting clear goals and milestones. n*Oversee day-to-day HR Operations covering processes, drafting policies and employee support. n*Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture. n*Stay updated on labour laws and regulations to ensure Burger King's compliance with employment standards and best practices. n*Monitor key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and diversity metrics, and provide regular reporting to the MD of Denmark and Sweden and senior management. n n Requirements n*Experience in HR management roles, preferably within QSR, retail or similar industries. n*Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. n*Experience with the development of managers through structured training programs and building career paths. n*Proven track record of introducing HR best practices, and processes and setting goals. n*Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. n*Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. n*Proficiency in Swedish or Danish is a must. n n What we offer n*Great career opportunity in a solid international organization with growth ambitions. n*Opportunity to develop your tasks and shape your area of expertise. n*Competitive salary package. n*Flexible work environment + office in Stockholm. n*Be part of the family who loves driving great guest experiences. n nIf you have any questions about the job opportunity, feel free to contact Patrisia Kostadinova at or for more information.
