CIP global executive search has been assigned to recruit a Retail Director for a multibrand fashion company.

As the Retail Manager, you have the overall responsibility for sales and profitability in the stores, including planning, follow-up, and implementation. Together with your team, you are responsible for ensuring an outstanding customer experience during visits to the stores. In this role, your goal is to increase efficiency and sales in line with the company's mission, strategies, and operational guidelines.
As the Retail Manager, you collaborate closely with the visual merchandising team to ensure attractive stores that follow the store concept. You are expected to take initiatives that move the business and stores forward, such as developing the store network, driving improvements in the customer experience, and taking measures to increase conversion and sales. The role also includes ensuring coordination with the E-commerce function for an integrated omnichannel experience.
• Responsibility for all stores
• Actively participate in the development of the entire company in a management group position.
• Ensure that store operations meet set sales, profitability, and efficiency goals.
• Budgeting and forecasting sales, turnover, and costs.
• Responsible for management, recruitment, and development of motivated and competent store teams.
• Continuously drive and lead the development of routines, processes, and efficiency in stores.
• Previous experience in a similar role in the retail fashion industry.
• Solid experience in leadership.
• Previous experience in management group work is advantageous.
