Job Description - Strategic Field Sales Representative

Job Description



In this pivotal role, you will drive Wolt’s growth by focusing on establishing and developing strategic partnerships with leading retail players, including bigger retail chains like Ica. Your mission is to understand and shape the market, as well as identify and capitalize on business opportunities that strengthen Wolt’s position within the retail segment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively identify and forge strategic partnerships with key players within the retail industry.
  • Travel to various cities in the region to map the market and build long-term relationships with potential strategic partners.
  • Manage your own sales pipeline with a focus on quality and strategic alignment, ensuring all leads are meticulously followed up.
  • Work closely with Key Account Managers to ensure our strategic partners receive dedicated support and that their needs and expectations are exceeded.
  • Analyze and draw conclusions from sales metrics to continuously optimize our strategy and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in strategic B2B sales, with a clear focus on the retail segment.
  • Exceptional ability to identify and develop strategic business opportunities.
  • Documented negotiation skills in complex business scenarios.
  • Profound ability to use data and insights to drive strategic decisions and ensure optimal venue selection on the Wolt platform.
  • Strong drive and independence in managing your own sales pipeline, with a proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed ambitious sales targets.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English to effectively communicate and build relationships at the highest level.
