Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Skanska, a leading construction and development company, is seeking a full-time Business Development Associate to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in business development.

Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to drive growth. - Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to understand competitive landscape. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategies. - Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for potential clients. - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry professionals. - Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and generate leads.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing. - Adaptable and resilient personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and planning skills to effectively engage with stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
