Remote Business Development Associate

Job Description:

ASSA ABLOY is seeking a motivated and proactive Remote Business Development Associate to join our team. This position will be based remotely in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE on a full-time basis. As an Entry Level Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our market reach.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers - Collaborate with the sales team to create strategic sales plans and pitch presentations - Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events - Coordinate and participate in client meetings, negotiations, and follow-up activities - Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress to the management team

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven ability to meet deadlines and exceed sales targets - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Hardworking and confident personality - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset - No prior experience required
