This is a full-time, work from home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the company's customer base and drive revenue growth - Identify new business opportunities and partnerships through market research, networking, and relationship building - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of sales and marketing initiatives - Manage client relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes - Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of business development efforts - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to inform decision-making and identify potential areas for growth

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote work environment - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Persuasion and negotiation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
