Blockchain Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Blockchain Developer to join our team at Web3 Asset Management. As a full-time Blockchain Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing blockchain solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop blockchain solutions for various projects and clients

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements

- Create smart contracts and implement them on different blockchain platforms

- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and security

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to blockchain development

- Stay updated with the latest developments and advancements in blockchain technology and implement them in our projects

- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers

- Develop and maintain documentation for all blockchain solutions and processes

- Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project progress and challenges

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in blockchain development

- Proficient in programming languages such as Solidity, Java, and C++

- Experience with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, and Corda

- Knowledge of smart contract development and implementation

- Strong understanding of blockchain principles, cryptography, and consensus algorithms

- Familiarity with DevOps tools and methodologies

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
