THE ROLE
Are you a dedicated finance professional ready to drive financial excellence within a dynamic organization? At Winningtemp, we recognize the pivotal role that efficient financial management plays in our growth and success. As a Business Controller, you'll partner with our leadership team to optimize financial processes, provide strategic guidance, and ensure seamless communication between departments.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and follow-up on financial models and budgets aligned with strategic objectives.
• Create and manage SaaS reporting metrics to track key performance indicators effectively.
• Drive financial improvement projects, focusing on automation and process streamlining.
• Contribute to the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting during month-end closing.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and modelling to support strategic initiatives.
• Manage forecasting processes to provide insights for future financial planning.
• Act as the main point of contact between departments and the finance department, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
• Manage vendor contracts, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.
• Safeguard the purchase-to-pay process, maintaining control over all financial transactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced or technology company
  
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in both Swedish and English
• Strong personal drive and dedication
• Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis using Excel or similar tools
• Experience from Netsuite or similar ERP systems is a plus.
