We are looking for a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team at Wasder, a gaming industry company building a social network for gamers. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our data infrastructure, as well as optimizing the data flow and analysis. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization, with experience in big query, GoogleCloud, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain data pipelines for both batch and streaming data using ETL/ELT tools like Airflow and Dataflow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and deploy data models and infrastructure for data analysis
- Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards and reports using Metabase.
- Optimize data flow and analysis for performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Ensure data quality and consistency across all data sources
- Report directly to the Head of Engineering and CTO
Requirements:
- +2 years of experience working as a Data Engineer
- Highly skilled in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization
- Experience with Big Query, Google Cloud, and data visualization tools
- Experience with ETL/ELT tools like Airflow and Dataflow
- Python knowledge for scripting and automation
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data analysis in a clear and concise manner
