Reason Studios have been pioneers in the music industry since the dawn of the classic loop editor ReCycle and ReBirth, in 1994. Our software has played a crucial role in electronic music and hiphop ever since then.

About the role

We are now looking for our next Fullstack Developer to join our backend team. You will be a part of an autonomous team of four senior developers. Your responsibilities will include planning, designing and shaping Reason Studio’s web services as well as maintaining and improving the existing infrastructure. You will work with both frontend and backend development with Python and JavaScript as well as infrastructure maintenance. The role also includes initiation and managing of technical projects which means communicating with several departments concerning overlapping tech solutions. We work in an agile manner and always aim for collaboration and knowledge sharing around all projects.

Who are you?
To feel comfortable in this role, you’ve probably worked as a fullstack developer for a couple of years. You need to be comfortable in both spoken and written English.

We think you have experience with:

• Python
• TypeScript/JavaScript
• Micro services

It is advantageous if you have experience with:

• Go
• Terraform
• Databases
• Cloud platforms
• Security within applications and infrastructure
• Django
