IT-Manager to Avinode Group

What you will do
As our IT Manager you will oversee all functions of IT systems including infrastructure, network, security and day-to-day IT support. You will develop strategic work plans and IT strategies to meet business needs. You will be in charge of vendor selection and relationship management and manage third parties providing day-to-day support for our Noders. In this role you will report to the CTO and be in charge of the IT-field in both Sweden and the USA.

You will work closely with our Directors, outsourced partners, business owners within Avinode and the IT management at our Parent company. It is important to be both strategical and operational in this role, it will be high and low where you will be in the centre of it. You will have room to drive your own thoughts and make the IT at Avinode even better as you will lead the employees and be a player-coach.

Additionally, the IT Manager will monitor and manage the company´s IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security. This includes device management for a variety of operating systems and devices, cloud-based applications, and office IT. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking to successfully support and advance the company's technological needs.

What you will bring along
You are passionate about IT and a doer when it comes to make things work. We believe that you have:

• 3+ years of IT and business support experience.
• Supported distributed teams remotely
• Experience with supporting both Mac, PC and worked with Office 365.
• A strong communicator able to manage multiple stakeholders
• A mindset that is oriented, able to balance tactical delivery while maintaining strategic direction.
