We’re looking for a savvy Social Media Coordinator
As Social Media Coordinator at Rapunzel of Sweden, you will play an important role in managing and growing our brand's presence on social media platforms, with a primary focus on Instagram and TikTok. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, implementing social media strategies, growing community engagement to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Plan, develop and execute social media content, aligned with the RoS marketing objectives and target audience
- Create high-quality, visually appealing content for Instagram and TikTok, including posts, stories, reels, and TikTok videos
- Monitor social media trends and platform updates to identify opportunities for growth and audience engagement
- Write compelling captions and copy for posts and stories as well as engaging with followers by responding to comments and messages
- Analyse social media performance metrics and insights to track progress, identify areas for improvement and enhance content strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment across channels
- Stay updated on emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance our social media presence
- Coordinate and support the brand team with production related tasks
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience managing social media accounts, particularly Instagram and TikTok for brands.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends
- Aesthetic eye for creating an attractive and consistent content
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content concepts.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and creative software
- Relevant education is a plus but not a must
The position is 80% part-time, four days per week, based out of our beautiful Head office in Hammarby Sjöstad, Stockholm, with the possibility of working remotely 1-2 days per week.
