POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Intern to join our Operations team. This role is designed as a stepping stone towards a potential full-time position as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for candidates interested in growing with our company. As an Operations Intern, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our daily operations run smoothly, encompassing a range of responsibilities from operational management to direct sales and customer interactions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and manage daily company operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Engage directly with clients to foster relationships, manage accounts, and drive sales.
• Collaborate with our experienced team in areas of management consulting, marketing, and software development, receiving mentorship and contributing to projects.
• Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance company performance and customer satisfaction.
• Handle problem resolution and operational troubleshooting to maintain service excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current student or recent graduate.
• Strong interest in a leadership role and a career in operations and business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Our office is located in Stockholm, with some flexibility for remote work arrangements. Duration: This is a 3-6 month internship, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role based on performance and mutual interest.
