The marketing department at Worldfavor is currently seeking a Marketing Operations intern for the fall of 2024. About the internship:

During your internship, you will join the Marketing Operation team within our marketing department. We are looking for someone who has a dynamic blend of analytical skills and creativity who is passionate about marketing, and is eager to lead projects within a data-driven team.

What you can expect:

• Marketing growth strategy: Learn how to use best-practice growth strategies to grow marketing prospects and leads and attract new customers.
• Paid ads: Gain practical experience in creating, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns on the most important marketing platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn.
• Campaign management and email marketing: Develop expertise in creating engaging marketing and email campaigns, including working with our best-in-class webinars.
• Marketing automation: Gain experience using automation tools to streamline marketing processes, increase engagement, and drive conversions.
• Conversion rate optimization: Acquire practical experience in creating and testing content to maximize conversion rates.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both Swedish and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Enrollment in a relevant educational field, eligible for CSN, with the internship forming part of your education for a minimum of 12 weeks, preferably longer.
• Availability for a full-time 20-week internship, with a minimum of 10 weeks required. The internship begins in August 2024.
• You should have completed at least two semesters of study, although having completed more would be meritorious.
• Previous marketing experience and knowledge of sustainability are advantageous.

Your profile:

We are looking for someone who is flexible, responsible, driven and curious to learn new things. An interest in, and knowledge of, sustainability is a big plus. Of course, marketing is also something that is particularly close to your heart, regardless of which part of the market you are particularly curious about, digital is a natural part of the work.
