Community Engagement Coordinator | Internship

We're looking for an intern who is curious and passionate about Social Media and Customer Insights, to join our Community Engagement team for a 6-month full-time internship, based in Polestar headquarters, Gothenburg, Sweden.

 The opportunity 

We're currently looking for a Community Engagement coordinator, who can support the Community Engagement Team with Data insights, reporting, engagement growth and coordinating various improvement tasks. Someone with a passion for electric mobility, an interest in technology, and a desire to create the change we know is needed. 

You will belong to the Customer Experience department, which is located at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden. We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work, knowing that both in-person collaboration and individual time to focus are needed. What matters most is that people get the time, and support, to do what needs to be done. And to enjoy doing it, of course. 

The responsibilities 

In this role, you'll be expected to find engagement opportunities online and gather data from the online sphere. See below for a more thorough breakdown of the various tasks:

• Data Collection and Acquisition: Gathering data from various sources.

• Identify trends and patterns: Use Social media to analyze trends and customer feedback from social media.

• Data Visualization: Creating visual representations of data, such as charts, graphs, and dashboards, to make findings accessible and understandable.

• Community Engagement: Support the overall customer experience at polestar through online engagement.

• Coordinate initiatives: Work to improve efficiencies within Community Operations.

The ideal candidate

• Experience in data insights and reporting
