• Proficiency in Python (data manipulation, scripting, simple APIs)
• Comfort with Excel/Pandas for quick analysis and reporting
• Experience in data analysis and visualization; ability to reason about data quality
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and willingness to learn fast
• (Nice to have) Exposure to R, SQL, Git, or Computer Vision/OpenCV concepts
• Clear communication and a practical approach to designing for operators/users
