About the Role
Huawei Sweden Research Center is looking for a passionate and driven HR Intern to support our Campus Recruitment initiatives across the Nordic region. As a valued member of our HR team, you will gain hands-on experience in recruitment operations and talent engagement, helping us attract top talent from leading universities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and executing campus recruitment activities across the Nordics, including university collaborations, career fairs, information sessions, and competition events.

• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment process.

• Maintain active communication with candidates, addressing their inquiries and providing timely support.

• Manage and maintain accurate recruitment data and records.

• Provide general support for daily HR activities as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in Human Resources, especially in campus recruitment.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to multitask effectively.

• Experience in event planning and execution (e.g., university association events or similar activities).

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience in social media content creation is a plus.

• Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and spoken.

• Availability for a full-time internship lasting at least 6 months.
