Job Description - Internship B2B Sales & Business Development

As an intern working alongside our founding team in Gothenburg, you will gain practical insights into how an international technology consultancy establishes itself in a new market. You will contribute in shaping our local presence while learning about B2B sales processes nin a technology-oriented environment. You will work with the entrepreneurial spirit of a startup while benefiting from the expertise, network, and structure of an international consulting company.

What can you expect?

Conduct market and competitor research to identify prospective clients, relevant market segments, and emerging business opportunities
Support the identification and inital qualification of potential leads through various channels (e.g., social media, professional network and company database)
Participate in outbound prospecting (e.g. cold calls, emails, Linkedin outreach)
Gain practical experience with CRM processes by maintaining and updating of customer and lead information
Contribute to the preparation of sales reports and internal analyses to help informed decision-making within the sales team
Participate in client meetings and support their preparation and follow-up, including independently adapting and improving pitch presentations
Complete an individual research and business development tasks and contribute with ideas ideas to our market development activities
Receive regular guidance, mentoring, and feedback throughout the internship

Your profile

Current enrolment in studies in industrial engineering, business informatics, technology management, business administration, or a comparable field
Strong interest in new technologies and motivation to quickly explore and understand unfamiliar topics
Interest in sales, market development and client-facing activities within a technology-oriented environment
Structured, reliable, and self-organized approach to work, combined with a willingness to take ownership of individual tasks
Confident and open communication style and enjoyment of working collaboratively in an international team
Business-fluent Swedish and English skills
