Internship in tech psychological platform/ Stockholm Base

Location: Stockholm (remote-first to start)
Commitment: 3-month internship, with transition to a full-time role upon successful completion
Languages: Swedish + English required

We are expanding our operations to Stockholm and are looking for an ambitious, adaptable, and fast-learning individual to join our team. This is a 360° internship designed for someone who wants hands-on exposure across multiple areas of a growing behavioural-science and advisory organisation.

We are London-based and currently establishing our Stockholm presence. You will be part of the early foundation, which means close collaboration with the core team and hands-on involvement in building our operations.

Who We’re Looking For

Someone who is:

• Based in Stockholm
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field
• Master’s degree is a strong advantage but not essential
• Extremely adaptable, flexible, and open to learning
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working across different tasks
• Interested in psychology, human behaviour, communication, and modern digital platforms

You do not need prior experience everything will be explained, taught, and guided.

After the Internship

Upon successful completion of the 3-month period, you will transition into a paid position within the team, with responsibilities adjusted as you grow.

What You Will Learn

Over the 3-month internship, you will receive full exposure to the operational, creative, and strategic sides of the organisation, including:

• Internal and external communication
• Working closely with psychologists, psychiatrists, and consultants
• Scheduling and coordination
• Social media and digital content management
• Basic marketing and communication
• Event support and planning
• Technical tools, AI platforms, internal systems
• Day-to-day operations of a behavioural-science company expanding internationally
