Job Description - Internship M&A | Autumn 2026

Join our growing team

Join our Stockholm team for an M&A internship during approx. 20 weeks starting in August 2026.

What you'll do

Gain experience and support the team in all aspects of M&A transactions
Strong involvement in sell- and buy-side projects and current mandates
Work on pitch preparations, target and investor identifications, as well as management presentations
Conduct market, industry and company research
Work on financial modelling and valuation analyses

About you

Top academic performance in Economics, Finance or a related discipline with at least 4 semesters completed
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Fluent in Swedish and English
Energy, enthusiasm and commitment to work in a highly focused team environment
Exceptional analytical and communication skills
Previous experience in corporate finance, appreciated but not required
