M&A/Corporate Finance Internship - Stockholm

Our M&A team advises entrepreneurs and investors, including private equity firms, on acquisitions and divestments of companies.

This internship provides a unique opportunity to work in an international M&A team while gaining valuable experience in investment banking. The internship lasts approximately four months, with the potential for an extension or a full-time offer based on performance. This is a full-time, off-cycle internship designed for candidates who have completed or are taking a break from their studies.

• Support the team throughout the entire M&A process

• Analyze financial data to support modeling and valuation

• Participate in meetings with international colleagues, clients, and counterparties

• Assist with ad hoc projects, including preparing pitch books and management presentations, organizing team activities, and coordinating internal and external meetings

• Excellent academic background with a strong foundation in accounting, finance, or a related field

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently under tight deadlines

• Highly motivated, responsible, and a team player

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a keen interest in learning new software tools
