Position: Student Assistant CSV Testing and Archiving Support

Location: Malmö

Job type: Temporary, part-time - flexible to accommodate academic commitments

The impact you will have

Arjo will be transitioning to a new Learning Management Platform in the coming months. We are therefore looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Student Assistant to join our Global Academy team. In this role, you will support the project team throughout the transition to an AI based Learning Management System and help ensure a smooth, compliant, and well‑documented migration.

This position is a strong opportunity for a student with an interest in compliance, quality assurance, and digital learning systems, especially within a GxP regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in CSV Testing Activities
  Execute test scripts according to validation protocols. Document results accurately and ensure alignment with GxP requirements. Report and track any discrepancies identified during testing.


• Manage CSV Documentation
  Handle documentation related to CSV activities, including test cases, validation reports, and audit trails. Ensure records are well structured and ready for potential audits.


• Archive Learning Materials
  Support the structured archiving of courses and materials from the current LMS platform.


• Coordinate With Internal Stakeholders
  Work together with L&D team members and system administrators to secure efficient and well‑coordinated testing processes.


• Support LMS Releases and Updates
  Assist the team during system updates, new releases, and ongoing validation cycles.


• Contribute to Continuous Improvement
  Suggest improvements to testing workflows and documentation routines to strengthen quality and efficiency.


• Maintain Knowledge of GxP and CSV Principles
  Keep a basic understanding of key regulatory principles that are relevant to LMS platforms and validation work.

The skills you will need

As a Student Assistant, you are enrolled in a university program, preferably within IT, Quality Assurance, Life Sciences, or a related field, and have a basic understanding of software systems and testing principles. We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to follow structured procedures. Familiarity with GxP or Learning Management Systems is a plus, but full training will be provided.
