Summer Work - UX & Content Assistant, Web Experience Improvement

Your role

Are you interested in user experience, content strategy, and how digital experiences can drive real customer value? As a Summer Student Worker, you will support our work with improving Atlas Copco’s webpages by implementing UX and content enhancements as part of our editable templates initiative. The goal is to improve customer satisfaction (CSAT) and conversion by applying UX best practices, clear content structures, and data-driven improvements across our websites.

You will work closely with experienced colleagues in web, UX, SEO, and content, contributing to real improvements used by visitors worldwide.

What you’ll do:

• Support the implementation of UX improvements on Atlas Copco webpages using existing editable templates


• Review and improve page content structure, clarity, and usability together with UX and content and SEO specialists


• Apply UX best practices to help increase customer satisfaction and conversion rates


• Help analyze pages from a user perspective and suggest practical improvements


• Document and structure improvements so they can be reused across pages and sites

Duration: Full time for 7-8 weeks during the summer and according to agreement.

To succeed, you will need

• Ongoing studies in UX, interaction design, digital design, communication, media, marketing, informatics, or a related field


• Interest in user experience, content strategy, and digital customer journeys


• A structured mindset and attention to detail


• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken


• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently with guidance
