Talent and Development Intern

As part of this internship, we expect you to study at least 50% with the ambition to graduate within the next 2-3 years. You have a passion for learning and a strong interest in developing and growing others. We expect you to bring fresh perspectives and creative thinking to enable us to shape impactful initiatives and projects for our business and people. In addition, you are currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a paid internship, based at our HQ in Kista, Sweden. We offer flexible hours to balance your studies but encourage you to be in office 60% of your working time to grow your network and gain exposure to our business.
