Accounts Payable - Remote Work

Job Description:

Haglöfs, a leading outdoor apparel and equipment company based in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE, is looking for a remote Accounts Payable Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and expense reports - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies - Prepare and process payment runs - Monitor accounts payable aging and ensure timely payments - Maintain vendor files and ensure accuracy of data - Assist with month-end close and financial reporting - Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve processes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong decision-making and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and organizational skills
