Accounts Receivable - Remote Work

Job Description:

Daniel Wellington is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As an Associate Level Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process remotely. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to clients - Follow up on overdue payments - Reconcile accounts receivable accounts - Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities - Research and resolve payment discrepancies - Prepare and maintain various reports related to accounts receivable - Assist with month-end closing activities - Communicate with customers to answer queries and ensure timely payment - Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve billing issues

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and confident personality traits - Creativity and research skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
