Accounts Receivable - Remote Work

As an Accounts Receivable associate at SKF, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes remotely from Stockholm, Stockholms Län, SE. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role at an associate level.

Responsibilities: 1. Generate and send out invoices to customers on a timely basis. 2. Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies. 3. Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues. 5. Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable. 6. Maintain customer records and update payment information as necessary. 7. Provide support during audits and compliance checks.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and dedicated individual with excellent attention to detail. 2. Strong time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks. 3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
