Remote Accountant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Accountant to join our team at Northvolt. As an Entry Level Remote Accountant, your responsibilities will include maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will work closely with the finance team to support the overall financial operations of the company.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain financial records - Prepare financial reports and statements - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations - Assist with budgeting and forecasting - Perform financial analysis to support decision-making - Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency - Communicate financial information to stakeholders - Collaborate with the finance team on special projects

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - 1 year of experience in accounting or finance - Resourceful and resilient personality traits - Strong strategic planning and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Attention to detail and accuracy
