Accounts Payable

Job Description: QlikTech International is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable specialist to join our team in Stockholm. As an entry-level position, this role is ideal for someone who is looking to kickstart their career in finance and accounting.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process payments to vendors and suppliers - Assist with month-end closing activities - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions - Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues - Assist with ad-hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Hardworking and confident personality traits - Critical thinking and strategic planning soft skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
