Job Description:

Sandvik is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Göteborg, SE. As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for managing and processing invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors. You will play a crucial role in the financial operations of the company, working closely with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Communicate with vendors to resolve any payment issues - Assist with month-end close processes - Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Confident and reliable personality traits - Strong decision-making and cooperation skills - Visa sponsorship available - Profit sharing and disability insurance benefits - Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment that fosters a culture of belonging
