Accounts Payable - Work from home

Job Description:

Camfil, a leading air filtration company, is seeking a dedicated and resilient Accounts Payable professional to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. This is a remote, part-time position suitable for entry-level individuals with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Process and monitor accounts payable transactions - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies - Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors - Assist with month-end closing processes - Maintain organized and up-to-date records of invoices and payments - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues - Provide support for audits as needed

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is a plus - Availability to work part-time hours from a home office - Must be dedicated and resilient in a remote work environment
