Accounts Payable - Work from home

Job Description:

As an Accounts Payable Associate at Tink, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable process. This includes processing invoices, tracking expenses, reconciling payments, and ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors. You will work closely with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records and provide support for various financial projects.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and expense reports in a timely manner - Verify and reconcile vendor statements - Resolve any discrepancies or issues with payments - Communicate with vendors to address any payment inquiries - Assist with month-end close processes - Generate financial reports as needed - Maintain accurate financial records and documentation - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures - Handle any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Passionate and energetic personality - Strong cooperation skills and emotional intelligence
