Accounts Payable - Work from home

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our team at J.Lindeberg as a remote part-time Associate. As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable processing, including invoice verification, vendor communications, and payment processing. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and maintaining strong relationships with our vendors.

Responsibilities: - Review and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies - Process invoices for payment in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate with vendors to address any billing issues or discrepancies - Assist in month-end closing processes related to accounts payable - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all payables transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate payment processing - Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - At least 4 years of experience in accounts payable or related financial roles - Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Resilient and confident personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
