Job Description:

Polestar is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable and possess a confident and adaptable personality.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, and cash applications - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues - Communicate with customers to address payment inquiries and ensure timely payment - Prepare monthly financial reports related to accounts receivable - Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of receivables

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
