Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Spotify is seeking a Remote Accounts Receivable specialist to join our dynamic team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level professionals looking to gain experience in the finance industry. The successful candidate will work remotely and be responsible for managing accounts receivable processes for the company.

Responsibilities: - Process and reconcile customer payments - Monitor accounts to ensure timely collection of revenue - Communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies - Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues - Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Independent and driven personality traits - Strong leadership and attention to detail skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
