Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Northvolt is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in accounts receivable and possess a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Manage and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate and timely collection of payments - Prepare and send out invoices - Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve payment discrepancies - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and disputes - Maintain accurate financial records and documentation - Assist with month-end close activities as needed

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Energetic and motivated personality - Strong presentation and teamwork skills - Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
