Job Description:

Nudie Jeans is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län. As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes and ensuring timely collections from customers. This is a part-time position suitable for an individual with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collection of payments - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Process credit card payments and monitor payment schedules - Prepare aging reports and assist with month-end closing activities - Communicate with customers to address any billing inquiries or issues - Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve payment disputes - Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and transactions

Requirements: - Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Associate or similar role - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively - Hardworking and confident personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills and time management abilities
