Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description: ICA Gruppen is seeking a passionate and resilient individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable specialist, working from home. This is a part-time, entry-level position based in Uppsala, Uppsala Län, SE. The ideal candidate will have 0 years of experience but possess strong soft skills in leadership and problem-solving.

Responsibilities: - Reviewing and verifying invoices and receipts - Following up on outstanding payments from customers - Reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy - Communicating with customers to resolve payment discrepancies - Posting financial transactions in the accounting system - Collaborating with the accounting team to ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
