Job Description:
Epiroc is seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in a part-time, work from home position based in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, Sweden. As an Associate Level Accounts Receivable specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, monitoring outstanding balances, and ensuring timely collection of payments.
Responsibilities: - Manage customer accounts and reconcile discrepancies - Review and process invoices, credit memos, and other financial documents - Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts - Communicate effectively with customers regarding payment status and resolve any issues or disputes - Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to maintain accurate financial records - Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on accounts receivable activity - Assist with other accounting tasks and special projects as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or related role - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Passionate and resilient personality traits - Emotional intelligence and ability to navigate challenging situations
