Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

G5 Entertainment is seeking a remote Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in Stockholm, Stockholms Län. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals who have a high level of reliability and adaptability, as well as excellent planning and attention to detail skills.

Responsibilities: - Process and monitor incoming payments - Reconcile accounts receivable on a regular basis - Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues - Monitor customer accounts for non-payment, delayed payments, and other irregularities - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Prepare and send customer statements - Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable - Communicate with customers regarding payment status and outstanding balances

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Previous experience in accounts receivable is a plus but not required
