Online Accountant

Job Description: Sinch is seeking a motivated and resourceful Online Accountant to join our team on a part-time basis in Uppsala, SE. As an Associate Level Online Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for our online operations. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and a strong understanding of online financial transactions.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable for online transactions. 2. Prepare financial statements and reports for online operations. 3. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or trends. 4. Assist in budgeting and forecasting for online revenue and expenses. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial controls are in place for online operations. 6. Conduct regular audits of online financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to online accounting.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 2. CPA certification is preferred. 3. 3+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on online transactions. 4. Strong research skills to analyze online financial data. 5. Excellent decision-making abilities to spot discrepancies and recommend solutions. 6. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
