Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Peltarion is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable process in an online environment. This includes processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions.

Responsibilities: - Review and process online invoices in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate with vendors to address payment issues and ensure timely payments - Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions - Assist with month-end close activities and ad-hoc financial analysis as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Resilient and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment - Innovative thinker with strong strategic planning skills
